A technique for dealing with artists, a text from
W.A. Dwiggins. About how people crave for user objects designed by artists. And how to get artists
to go that far they want to design for mass consumption.
The pamflet, originally printed in book form and released by Press of the Wooly Whale, New York, 1941, needed to be modernised by the VisCom class of 2008-2012 (my class).
As a sort of statement I chose not to included the pamflet in the little booklet with the accompanied text. It's become a two sided poster, folded in a special way to fit the booklet. To read you must take it out and carefully unfold it.
The design is reflected throughout the booklet.
